Abstract

Treatment failure can be caused by low adherence to taking medication so that it has a negative impact on the health of TBC patients. Physical, psychological, social and environmental health are factors that affect quality of life. The research design was observational for 66 TBC patients who met the criteria at the Malang city health center for the period July-August 2022. The analysis used binary logistic regression test to determine the effect of medication adherence on physical, psychological, social and environmental health. The results of the analysis showed that physical health had a value of p=0.046 and social value was p=0.038. Furthermore, it was concluded that there was an effect of medication adherence on the physical and social health of TBC patients.
