Efektifitas Kombinasi Akupuntur Dan Latihan Kognitif Dalam Meningkatkan Fungsi Kognitif Pada Pasien Stroke: A Systematic Review

Abstract


Latar belakang: Stroke saat ini merupakan penyebab kedua kematian dan penyebab ketiga kecacatan secara global. Salah satu komplikasi penyakit stroke adalah gangguan kognitif. Terapi akupuntur dikombinasikan dengan latihan kognitif sebagai upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi gangguan kognitif. Tujuan: Untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas kombinasi akupuntur dan latihan kognitif dalam meningkatkan fungsi kognitif pada pasien stroke. Metode: Pencarian artikel dilakukan secara sistematis pada enam database: PubMed, Proquest, Cochrane Library, Embase, GARUDA dan EBSCO untuk mengidentifikasi studi yang dilaporkan dalam bahasa Inggris dan bahasa indoneisa yang diterbitkan tahun 2012- 2022. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan mulai 12 April hingga 27 Juni 2022. Tinjauan ini sesuai dengan pedoman PRISMA. Hasil: Berdasarkan lima artikel yang telah direview, kombinasi akupuntur dan latihan kognitif efektif dalam meningkatkan fungsi kognitif pada pasien stroke. Beberapa artikel menjelaskan hal yang berbeda terkait durasi, instrumen, metode maupun manfaat intervensi kombinasi akupuntur dan latihan kognitif , tetapi intervensi yang cukup efektif yaitu dengan durasi minimal 12 minggu dengan titik akupuntur pada baihui (GV20) dan shenting (GV24) dan sebagai alat ukur keberhasilan intervensi menggunakan MoCA, MMSE dan LOTCA. Kesimpulan: Intervensi kombinasi akupuntur dan latihan kognitif efektif dalam meningkatkan fungsi kognitif pada pasien stroke.
