Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok untuk Menurunkan Keluhan Psikologis Pre-Menopause

Abstract

Menopausal syndrome has an impact on decreasing the quality of life of menopausal women. This study aims to determine the effect of group activity therapy on psychological complaints in pre-menopausal women in the city of Bogor. The design of this research is pretest-posttest with control group. Differences in psychological complaints were analyzed by the Wilcoxon test. The results of the analysis show p-value = 0.020, so it can be said that there are differences in pre-menopausal psychological complaints between before and after the intervention. Thus, it is concluded that group activity therapy can reduce pre-menopausal psychological complaints.

ABSTRAK

Sindroma menopause berdampak pada penurunan kualitas hidup perempuan menopause. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi aktivitas kelompok terhadap keluhan psikologis pada ibu pre-menopause di Kota Bogor. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah pretest-posttest with control group. Perbedaan keluhan psikologis dianalisis dengan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil analisis menunjukkan p-value = 0,020, sehingga dapat dikatakan ada perbedaan keluhan psikologis pre-menopause antara sebelum dan ssudah intervensi. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa terapi aktivitas kelompok dapat menurunkan keluhan psikologis pre-menopause.
