Status Nutrisi dan Stress Sebagai Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Penyembuhan Luka Apendiktomi

Abstract

Appendectomy wound healing is a process of postoperative injury recovery, and nutritional conditions and stress are the two elements that influence the process. Psychological stress causes an increase in the hormones cortisol, aldosterone, and adrenaline, which slows wound healing. The purpose of this study was to see how nutritional status and stress affect the healing of appendectomy wounds in the RT. 004 Depok Jaya Village. The research design used was descriptive descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. Total population sampling was used as the sampling method. The validity of the nutritional status and stress level questionnaires were used in this study. To examine the relationship between nutritional status and stress on appendectomy wound healing, data were analyzed using the Chi-square test. The p-value for nutritional status was 0.004 and the p-value for stress was 0.003. Furthermore, it was concluded that there was a relationship between nutritional status and stress with appendectomy wound healing.

ABSTRAK

Penyembuhan luka apendiktomi merupakan proses pemulihan cedera pasca operasi, dan kondisi gizi serta stres merupakan dua unsur yang mempengaruhi proses tersebut. Stres psikologis menyebabkan peningkatan hormon kortisol, aldosteron, dan adrenalin, yang memperlambat penyembuhan luka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana status nutrisi dan stres mempengaruhi penyembuhan luka operasi usus buntu di RT. 004 Kelurahan Depok Jaya. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deksritif koleratif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Total population sampling digunakan sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Kuesioner status gizi dan tingkat stres yang telah diverifikasi validitasnya digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Untuk menguji hubungan antara status nutrisi dan stres pada penyembuhan luka apendektomi, data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square. Nilai p untuk status nutrisi adalah 0,004 dan nilai p untuk stres adalah 0,003. Selanjutnya disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara status nutrisi dengan stres dengan penyembuhan luka apendektomi.
