Kebiasaan Sarapan, Status Gizi dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa Sekolah Dasar di Indonesia
Abstract
Breakfast can provide 15-30% of daily energy needs to start activities in the morning and contribute to a balanced nutritional status. This study aims to analyze the relationship between breakfast habits, nutritional status and learning achievement of elementary school students. The method applied is a systematic review. Literature was obtained from several databases namely SINTA, EBSCOhost, Scopus, DOAJ and ScienceDirect. 745 articles were obtained from 4 databases and 10 of them according to the study objectives. The results of the review show that breakfast habits are significantly related to learning achievement of elementary school students. Breakfast also plays a role in maintaining the balance of nutritional status. Breakfast and nutritional status are closely related to endurance, cognitive abilities, intellect, learning capacity, as well as physical and psychological growth of elementary school-age children.

ABSTRAK
Sarapan dapat mencukupi 15-30% kebutuhan energi harian untuk memulai aktivitas di pagi hari dan berkontribusi terhadap keseimbangan status gizi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kebiasaan sarapan, status gizi dan prestasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang diterapkan adalah systematic review. Literatur diperoleh dari beberapa database yaitu SINTA, EBSCOhost, Scopus, DOAJ dan ScienceDirect. Didapatkan 745 artikel dari 4 database dan 10 artikel di antaranya sesuai dengan tujuan studi. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa kebiasaan sarapan berhubungan secara signifikan dengan prestasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Sarapan juga berperan dalam menjaga keseimbangan status gizi. Sarapan dan status gizi memiliki kaitan erat dengan daya tahan tubuh, kemampuan kognitif, intelektualitas, kapasitas belajar, serta pertumbuhan fisik maupun psikis anak usia sekolah dasar.
