Kualitas Lingkungan Fisik Tempat Kerja dan Kejadian Covid-19 di Perkantoran Kota Tanjungpinang

Abstract

COVID-19 is a pandemic that has hit the world since the beginning of 2020. Several cases of the spread of COVID-19 have been detected in the workplace. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between physical work environment factors (temperature, humidity, lighting, ventilation area and room volume) with the incidence of COVID-19 in offices in Tanjungpinang City. This research is a cross-sectional study. The sample was 67 workplaces selected by purposive sampling technique. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the p-value for the ventilation area factor was <0.05, while for temperature, humidity, lighting and room volume it was >0.05. It was concluded that the factor associated with the incidence of COVID-19 in offices is ventilation area.

ABSTRAK

COVID-19 merupakan pandemi yang melanda dunia sejak awal tahun 2020. Beberapa kasus penyebaran COVID-19 terdeteksi terjadi di tempat kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor lingkungan kerja fisik (suhu, kelembaban, pencahayaan, luas ventilasi dan volume ruangan) dengan kejadian COVID-19 di perkantoran di Kota Tanjungpinang. Penelitian ini adalah studi cross-sectional. Sampel adalah 67 tempat kerja yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai p untuk faktor luas ventilasi adalah <0,05, sedangkan untuk suhu, kelembaban, pencahayaan dan volume ruangan adalah >0,05. Disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian COVID-19 di perkantoran adalah luas ventilasi.
