Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Stres Kerja pada Aparatus Sipil Negara

Abstract

State civil servants in the "General, Public Relations and Protocol Bureau" have heavy demands or workloads due to complex tasks, erratic working hours, and contact with many parties, including regional officials. The aim of this research was to analyze factors related to work stress in state civil servants at the Yogyakarta Special Region Secretary's "General, Public Relations and Protocol Bureau". This research was a cross-sectional study. The population of this study was 58 state civil servants selected using proportional random sampling technique. Data was collected by filling out work stress (DASS-42) and mental workload (NASA-TLX) questionnaires, then analyzed using the Chi-square test. The results of the analysis showed that the values for each factor were gender = 0.199, age = 0.460, years of service = 0.372, mental workload = 0.992 and interpersonal relationships = 0.019. It was concluded that work stress was related to interpersonal relationship factors.

ABSTRAK

Aparatur sipil negara di “Biro Umum, Hubungan Masyarakat, dan Protokol” memiliki tuntutan atau beban kerja yang berat karena tugas yang kompleks, waktu kerja yang tidak menentu, dan berhubungan dengan banyak pihak, termasuk dengan pejabat daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada aparatur sipil negara di “Biro Umum, Hubungan Masyarakat, dan Protokol” Sekretaris Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini adalah studi cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 58 aparatur sipil negara yang dipilih dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner stres kerja (DASS-42) dan beban kerja mental (NASA-TLX), lalu dianalisis dengan uji Chi-square.  Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai untuk masing-masing faktor adalah jenis kelamin = 0,199, umur = 0,460, masa kerja = 0,372, beban kerja mental = 0,992 dan hubungan interpersonal = 0,019. Disimpulkan bahwa stres kerja berhubungan dengan faktor hubungan interpersonal.
