Stress Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Determinan dari Kinerja Perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap

Abstract


The performance of nurses in providing nursing services is an important aspect that is a benchmark for the success of quality services. Quality nursing services are related to work stress, job satisfaction and support system management. The aim of this research was to determine the influence of work stress, job satisfaction, and support system management on the performance of nurses in the inpatient room. This study implemented a cross-sectional design. The subjects of this research were 123 executive nurses in inpatient wards, who were selected using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using linear regression tests. The research results showed that the p-value for each risk factor was: work stress = 0.04, job satisfaction = 0.03, and management support system = 0.18. Furthermore, it was concluded that the determinants of nurse performance in the inpatient room at Tora Belo Regional Hospital were work stress and job satisfaction.

ABSTRAK

 

Kinerja perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan suatu pelayanan yang berkualitas. Pelayanan keperawatan yang berkualitas terkait dengan stres kerja, kepuasan kerja dan manajemen support system. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan manajemen support system terhadap kinerja perawat di ruang rawat inap. Penelitian ini menerapkan desain cross-sectional. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 123 perawat pelaksana yang berada di ruang rawat inap, yang dipilih dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan uji regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai p untuk masing-masing faktor risiko adalah: stres kerja = 0,04, kepuasan kerja = 0,03, dan manajemen support system = 0,18. Selanjutnya disimpulkan bahwa determinan dari kinerja perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD Tora Belo adalah stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja.
