Strategi Penyampaian Materi, Metode Pelatihan, dan Kompetensi Bidan Berpengaruh Terhadap Peningkatan Partisipasi Ibu Mengikuti KIH Puskesmas Tutuyan

Abstract


One of the efforts to improve maternal and child health is through pregnant women classes. Therefore, research is needed which aims to analyze the effect of the delivery of materials, training methods, and competence of midwives on increasing the participation of mothers to attend classes for pregnant women at the Tutuyan Health Center, South Sulawesi. This study involved 122 respondents. Data was collected through filling out questionnaires, then analyzed by linear regression test. The results showed that the value of p = 0.008 for the material delivery strategy factor, 0.019 for the training method factor and 0.000 for the midwife competency factor. Furthermore, it was concluded that the material delivery strategy, training methods and competence of midwives were factors that influenced the participation of mothers to attend classes for pregnant women. The results of this study are expected to increase the awareness of pregnant women for their participation in attending classes for pregnant women, so that a healthy pregnancy can be achieved for the mother and fetus.

ABSTRAK

 

Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan anak adalah melalui kelas ibu hamil. Maka diperlukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penyampaian materi, metode pelatihan, dan kompetensi bidan terhadap peningkatan partisipasi ibu untuk mengikuti kelas ibu hamil di Puskemas Tutuyan, Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 122 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner, lalu dianalisis dengan uji regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai p = 0,008 untuk faktor strategi penyampaian materi, 0,019 untuk faktor metode pelatihan dan 0,000 untuk faktor kompetensi bidan. Selanjutnya disimpulkan bahwa strategi penyampaian materi, metode pelatihan dan kompetensi bidan merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi ibu untuk mengikuti kelas ibu hamil. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkat kesadaran ibu hamil untuk partisipasi ibu mengikuti kelas ibu hamil, sehingga dapat dicapai kehamilan yang sehat bagi ibu dan janin.
