Dukungan Keluarga Berhubungan dengan Kecemasan Mobilisasi Dini dan Personal Hygiene Pasien Post Operasi Laparatomi

Abstract

Family support is important for postoperative patients. Postoperative patients who experience anxiety will be reluctant to carry out early mobilization and personal hygiene for fear of pain, fear of loose stitches, or wounds that do not heal quickly. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and anxiety of early mobilization and personal hygiene in postoperative laparotomy patients. This type of research is quantitative in nature with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was 66 respondents, using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that 74% of respondents had good family support, 56% of respondents experienced mild anxiety, 64% of respondents had good personal hygiene. Spearman correlation results of family support with anxiety of early mobilization p-value = 0.001, r = -0.397 and family support with personal hygiene p-value = 0.003, r = 0.364. There is a relationship between family support and early mobilization anxiety and personal hygiene in postoperative laparotomy patients. The family as a support system needs to provide support to help reduce the anxiety experienced by patients.

ABSTRAK

Dukungan keluarga  merupakan hal yang penting bagi pasien pasca operasi. Pasien post operasi yang mengalami kecemasan akan enggan melakukan mobilisasi dini dan personal hygiene karena takut akan rasa nyeri, khawatir jahitan lepas, maupun luka tidak cepat sembuh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan ansietas mobilisasi dini dan personal hygiene pada pasien post operasi laparatomi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif bersifat korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini 66 responden, dengan Teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 74% responden memiliki dukungan  keluarga baik, 56% responden mengalami kecemasan ringan, 64% responden melakukan personal hygiene baik. Hasil korelasi spearman dukungan keluarga dengan ansietas mobilisasi dini p-value = 0,001, r = – 0,397 dan dukungan keluarga dengan personal hygiene p-value = 0,003, r = 0,364. Adanya hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan ansietas mobilisasi dini dan personal hygiene pada pasien post operasi laparatomi. Keluarga sebagai support system perlu memberikan dukungan untuk membantu mengurangi kecemasan yang dialami pasien.
