Tingkat Kepuasan Akseptor Terhadap Pelayanan Konseling dan Penggunaan Metode Keluarga Berencana di UPT Puskesmas Pahandut Kota Palangka Raya

Abstract

The low number of active family planning (KB) participants can be influenced by the quality of services provided. This study aims to describe the level of acceptor satisfaction with counseling services and the use of family planning methods at UPT Puskesmas Pahandut, Palangka Raya City. The type in this study was descriptive. Data were collected through filling out questionnaires and then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the level of satisfaction with all aspects of counseling was in the high category, including empathy, respect, audible, clarity and humble. Regarding the use of family planning methods, family planning acceptors feel that the family planning method is very effective.

Rendahnya jumlah peserta keluarga berencana (KB) aktif dapat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, sehingga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan akseptor terhadap pelayanan konseling dan penggunaan metode KB di UPT Puskesmas Pahandut, Kota Palangka Raya. Desain pada penelitian ini ialah cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan terhadap seluruh aspek konseling berada dalam kategori tinggi, meliputi emphaty, respect, audible, clarity dan humble. Terkait dengan penggunaan metode KB, para akseptor KB merasakan bahwa metode KB sangat efektif.
