Pengaruh Perawatan Paliatif (Palliative Care) Berbasis Family Centered Nursing Terhadap Status Gizi Penderita Penyakit Ginjal Kronik Dengan Hemodialisis Di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Lamongan

ABSTRACT
CKD patients with hemodialysis for a long time often have nutritional status problems, it caused by inadequate intake of nutrients and protein wasting during hemodialysis. This study was to analyze the effect of palliative care based on family centered nursing on the nutritional status of CKD patients with hemodialysis.The design in this study used a quasi-experimental method with a post-test only control group design. The population was 71 people, using purposive sampling technique there were 30 people in the experimental group and 30 people in the control group. The data was taken by Subjective Global Assessment (SGA) questionnaire. The data was analyzed by chi square test with a significance level of p= <0.05. Based on the results of this study there was an effect of palliative care based on family centered nursing on the nutritional status of CKD with hemodialysis with the difference in mean between the two groups and a higher score in the experimental group. Chi square test showed p value = 0,030. To maintain the nutritional status of CKD patients with hemodialysis, the ability of the family in palliative care based on family centered nursing is needed.

ABSTRAK
Pasien PGK dengan hemodialisis dalam waktu lama sering mengalami masalah status gizi yang dikarenakan asupan nutrisi tidak adekuat dan kehilangan protein saat hemodialisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perawatan paliatif berbasis family centered nursing terhadap status gizi penderita penyakit ginjal kronik dengan hemodialisis. Desain penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experiment dengan Post-test Only Control Group Design. Populasi 71 orang, menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling didapatkan 30 orang pada kelompok eksperimen dan 30 orang pada kelompok kontrol. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner SGA dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan p= <0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh perawatan paliatif berbasis family centered nursing terhadap status gizi penderita penyakit ginjal kronik dengan hemodialisis dengan selisih mean antara kedua kelompok (eksperimen dan kontrol) dan skor yang lebih tinggi pada kelompok eksperimen yang diberikan perawatan paliatif berbasis family centered nursing. Hasil uji Chi Square menunjukkan p value = 0,030. Untuk menjaga status gizi pasien PGK dengan hemodialisis, maka diperlukan. Kemampuan keluarga dalam perawatan paliatif berbasis family centered nursing.
