Pengaruh Pelatihan Manajemen Diri Menggunakan Booklet Terhadap Kualitas Hidup Pasien Hipertensi

Hipertensi masih menjadi masalah dalam lingkup dunia dan Indonesia, karena penyakit ini merupakan salah penyebab kematian dini  akibat komplikasi yang terjadi seperti ke jantung atau ke saraf. Hal ini berkaitan dengan penurunan kualitas hidup pasien terutama bila tekanan darahnya tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan manajemen diri menggunakan booklet terhadap kualitas hidup pasien hipertensi. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol, dengan sampel berjumlah 46 responden baik untuk kelompok intervensi maupun kontrol menggunakan pengukuran sampel koefisien korelasi, menggunakan consecutive sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji pengaruh t-test jika data berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan menggunakan uji t-test didapat p value 0.0001 untuk kelompok intervensi dan uji wilcoxon didapat p value 0.572 untuk kelompok kontrol. Pelatihan manajemen diri hipertensi menggunakan booklet dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif dibidang keperawatan di Puskesmas untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien hipertensi.
