Pengaruh Lamanya Jam Kerja dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Burnout Syndrome Pada Pekerja Konstruksi
Abstract
Construction projects are dynamic activities with various complex constraints. These conditions can trigger stress and fatigue in construction workers due to the high workload associated with long working hours. Fatigue that a person experiences continuously without any control can cause burnout syndrome. This research method uses quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis obtained by conducting field observations and filling out questionnaires. Based on the statistical test output, the results obtained for the significance value of the variable length of working hours (X1) 0.045 < 0.05, the workload variable (X2) 0.025 < 0.05, and the significance value for the simultaneous influence of variable X1 and variable X2 on the burnout syndrome variable (Y) of 0.002 < 0.05. This means that the length of working hours and workload have a significant effect on the occurrence of burnout syndrome. The percentage of burnout syndrome levels in each dimension is generally included in the low and medium categories, except for the depersonalization dimension of 30% which is included in the high category.
