Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are infections that are transmitted through sexual contact. Cases of sexually transmitted infections that often occur in Indonesian society are Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)/AIDS, Hepatitis B, Treponema pallidum (Syphilis) and others. Currently, there is a lot of news in the Bandung area that hundreds of students are infected with the sexually transmitted infection HIV. The high number of STI cases does not only occur among teenagers in Bandung City but also occurs in Cimahi City. This study aims to analyze factors associated with HIV, Hepatitis B and T. pallidum infections that occur in students in Cimahi City. Anti-HIV, HBsAg, and anti-Treponema pallidum examinations were carried out using the immunochromatography method. The examination results were processed and obtained from 70 students, it was found that 1 student was positive for anti-HIV, 3 students were positive for HBsAg, and 2 students were positive for anti-Treponema pallidum. Based on the results, student lifestyle has a significant effect on the prevalence of HIV, Hepatitis B and Syphilis infections, such as pre-marital sexual relations, multiple sexual partners, and oral and anal sex with a p value <0.05. From all the results it can be concluded that cases of HIV infection, Hepatitis B, and Syphilis among students in Cimahi City with a prevalence of 1.4% were infected with HIV, 4.3% were infected with Hepatitis B, and 2.8% were infected with T. pallidumSexually transmitted infections (STIs) are infections that are transmitted through sexual contact.
