fast track: Penatalaksanaan Pemeriksaan MSCT Sinus Paransal dengan Klinis Tumor Sinonasal di Instalasi Radiologi RSUP DR Hasan Sadikin Bandung
Abstract
Computed Tomography Scan (CT-Scan) is a tool that is very functional in assessing tumor size, nature, extent and invasion, at DR Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung, MSCT examinations reached 926 patients with 36 Paranasal Sinus MSCTs per month. To find out the MSCT examination of the Paranasal Sinuses with clinical sinonasal tumors, use contrast to evaluate the condition of tumor growth. This research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach where the author observes, records and collects data, then conducts interviews with respondents according to the existing problem formulation, and draws a conclusion, from initial observations, namely patients scheduling at the Radiology Installation, and carrying out checks. ureum cratinin, the examination begins with informed consent, the protocol used is sinus contrast, the patient is positioned supine and the object is symmetrical then pre and post contrast scanning. Multi Planar Reconstruction uses a slice thickness of axial 2mm, coronal 4mm, and uses 25ml contrast media via manual intravenous injection with a delay of 0s. After the image is formed it is then sent to the radiologist via PACS. The advantage of this management is that the examination can still run if there is a problem with the injector so that the contrast can be injected via manual injection. The disadvantage of this examination is that the scanning process depends on the speed of the nurse in injecting the contrast and the accuracy of the radiographer in carrying out the scanning.

Computed Tomogrpahy Scan (CT-Scan) merupakan alat yang sangat berfungsi dalam penilaian ukuran tumor, sifat, luasnya, dan invasi, di RSUP DR Hasan Sadikin Bandung pemeriksaan MSCT Mencapai 926 pasien dengan MSCT Sinus Paranasal 36 pasien per bulannya. Untuk mengetahui Pemeriksaan MSCT Sinus Paranasal dengan klinis tumor sinonasal yaitu menggunakan kontras untuk mengevaluasi kondisi pertumbuhan tumor. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dimana penulis melakukan observasi, pencatatan, dan pengumpulan data, kemudian melakukan wawancara terhadap responden sesuai rumusan masalah yang ada, dan ditarik suatu kesimpulan, dari observasi awal yaitu pasien melakukan penjadwalan di Instalasi Radiologi, dan melakukan pengecekkan ureum cratinin, pemeriksaan di mulai dengan informed concent, protokol yang digunakan yaitu sinus kontras, pasien di posisikan supine dan objek di simetriskan lalu scanning pre dan post kontras. Multi Planar Recontruction menggunakan slice thickness axial 2mm, coronal 4mm, serta menggunakan media kontras 25ml melalui injeksi intravena secara manual dengan delay 0s. Setelah citra terbentuk kemudian dikirim ke radiolog melalui PACS. Kelebihan dari penatalaksanaan ini yaitu pemeriksaan tetap dapat berjalan ketika ada kendala pada injector sehinggu kontras bisa dimasukkan melalui injeksi manual, kekurangan dari pemeriksaan ini yaitu proses scanning bergantung pada kecepatan perawat dalam menyuntikkan kontras dan ketepatan radiografer dalam melakukan scanning.
