Prediksi Kebutuhan Tempat Tidur Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas 1 Dan Kelas 2 di Rumah Sakit Gatoel Mojokerto Tahun 2020-2024

Abstract

One to measure the inpatient care facility is by BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate) which is a precentage of bed usage with ideal standard of Barber Johnson 75-85%. The 1st and 2nd class hospital wards in Gatoel Hospital have fluctuating BOR value from 2015 to 2019, yet still above the standard. The aim of this research is to predict the bed necessities for the 1st and 2nd class wards in Gatoel Hospital, Mojokerto for 2020 to 2024. The subject in this study were the patients from 1st and 2nd class wards from 2015 to 2019. Data was collected through documentation study method by recording bed capacity, inpatient care duration, the amount of outpatients in SHRI during 2015 to 2019 and the effective days every year in calendar from 2020 to 2024. The result of the research showed that the bed necessity increases every year from 2020 to 2024. It can be concluded that there will be an increase in the number of bed necessities in 2020-2024 caused by inpatient care duration for patient with diagnosed lower back pain, haemorrhage, diabetes mellitus, appendicitis, and benign neoplasm with an average of impatient care duration 22 to 23 days. Thus, supplying more beds is needed in every ward to accumulate profit for Gatoel Hospital so the quality of the hospital will be maintained.

ABSTRAK

Salah satu indikator pelayanan rawat inap yaitu BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate) yang merupakan presentase pemakaian tempat tidur dengan standar ideal Barber Johnson 75-85%. Ruang rawat inap kelas 1 dan kelas 2 di Rumah Sakit Gatoel memiliki nilai BOR yang fluktuatif setiap tahun dari tahun 2015-2019 namun tetap melebihi standar yang ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat prediksi kebutuhan tempat tidur ruang rawat inap kelas 1 dan kelas 2 di Rumah Sakit Gatoel Mojokerto tahun 2020-2024. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pasien ruang rawat inap kelas 1 dan kelas 2 tahun 2015-2019. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode studi dokumentasi dengan cara mencatat data tentang kapasitas tempat tidur, hari perawatan, jumlah pasien keluar pada Sensus Harian Rawat Inap (SHRI) selama tahun 2015-2019 dan data jumlah hari efektif setiap tahun pada kalender tahun 2020-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prediksi kebutuhan tempat tidur mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya dari tahun 2020-2024. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kebutuhan tempat tidur pada tahun 2020-2024 yang disebabkan oleh panjangnya lama perawatan pasien dengan diagnosa nyeri punggung bawah, perdarahan, diabetes mellitus, usus buntu dan tumor jinak dengan rata-rata lama perawatan 22-33 hari. sehingga perlu dilakukan penambahan kapasitas tempat tidur pada masing masing ruang rawat inap untuk meningkatkan profit Rumah Sakit Gatoel sehingga kualitas dari rumah sakit tersebut tetap terjaga.
