Pengaruh Pembelajaran Daring di Masa Pandemic Covid-19 terhadap Insiden Burnout dan Motivasi Belajar

Abstract


The COVID-19 pandemic has been going on for a long time, where the morbidity and mortality due to COVID-19 is quite high. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of online learning on burnout incidents and learning motivation. The design of this study was cross-sectional. This research was conducted at the Rustida Health Academy with students as research respondents, with a sample size of 104 students who were selected by random sampling technique. Data were obtained using a burnout scale and a Likert scale questionnaire, and then analyzed using a regression test. The results of the analysis show that the p value for learning motivation is 0.012 while for burnout is 0.150. Furthermore, it is concluded that online learning is more influential on learning motivation than causing burnout.

ABSTRAK

 

Pandemi COVID-19 telah berlangsung lama, dimana angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat COVID-19 cukup banyak. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap insiden burnout dan motivasi belajar. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Akadademi Kesehatan Rustida dengan para mahasiswa sebagai responden penelitian, dengan ukuran sampel 104 mahasiswa yang dipilih dengan teknik random sampling. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala burnout dan skala Likert, lalu dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai p untuk motivasi belajar adalah 0,012 sedangkan untuk burnout adalah 0,150. Selanjutnya disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran daring lebih berpengaruh pada motivasi belajar daripada menimbulkan burnout.
