Perancangan Mini SIMRS Berbasis Web Database untuk Mendukung Peningkatan Aksesibilitas Pembelajaran Mahasiswa Kesehatan di Masa Pandemi

Abstract


The Covid-19 pandemic has changed various aspects of life including the world of education. This is a challenge and opportunity for the world of education, especially health. This study aims to design a database-based web application for recording nursing care and recording pregnant women to support the accessibility of learning for health students during a pandemic. This study applies the Prototyping Model method with the stages of needs analysis, rapid design, building prototypes, evaluating users, repairing prototypes, implementation and maintenance. To measure usability, the System Usability Scale instrument is used. Respondents in this study were all Undhari Faculty of Health students who attended and were willing to become respondents and had passed the first semester. The results of calculating the usability score of the Mini SIMRS application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) show an average score of 80.5 (n=74), greater than 68 which indicates the usability level of the system is above the minimum average. This study shows that the web database-based Mini SIMRS has a high level of usability so that it can be said that the system can be used properly by users.

ABSTRAK

 

Pandemi Covid-19 telah merubah berbagai aspek kehidupan termasuk dunia pendidikan. Hal ini menjadi tantangan dan peluang bagi dunia pendidikan khususnya kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi berbasis web database untuk pencatatan asuhan keperawatan dan pencatatan ibu hamil untuk mendukung aksesibilitas pembelajaran mahasiswa kesehatan di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Prototyping Model dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain cepat, membangun prototipe, evaluasi pengguna, memperbaiki prototipe, implementasi dan pemeliharaan. Untuk mengukur usability digunakan instrumen System Usability Scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Undhari yang hadir dan bersedia menjadi responden serta telah melewati semester pertama. Hasil perhitungan skor usability aplikasi Mini SIMRS menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menunjukkan angka rata-rata 80,5 (n=74), lebih besar daripada 68 yang menunjukkan tingkat usability sistem di atas angka rata-rata minimum. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Mini SIMRS berbasis web database ini memiliki tingkat usability yang tinggi sehingga dapat dikatakan sistem sudah dapat digunakan dengan baik oleh pengguna (user).
