ANALISIS DETERMINAN PENGELUARAN AIR SUSU IBU (ASI) 24 JAM PASCA PERSALINAN NORMAL DAN SECTIO CAESAREA DI RUMAH SAKIT IBU DAN ANAK (RSIA) KOTA BANDA ACEH
Abstract
Expression of breast milk (ASI) early is an important condition in supporting exclusive breastfeeding. Breastfeeding in post-caesarean mothers is generally slightly slower than normal post-partum mothers. This study aims to analyze the determinants of the release of breastmilk (ASI) 24 hours post partum in patients with sectio caesarea and normal in the Maternal and Child Hospital (RSIA) Banda Aceh City. This research is a descriptive analytic study using a cross-sectional design. The research location at RSIA Banda Aceh, was conducted from July to August 2020. The sample in this study was all postpartum mothers as many as 436 people (SC 226 people and normal 210 people). Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis, bivariate analysis using chi square test, and multivariate analysis using logistic regression. The results of the study with univariate analysis found that respondents with smooth breastfeeding were 86%, type of CS delivery was 52%, correct breastfeeding position was 79%, mobilized 68%, carried out joint care 88%, carried out 91% oxytocin massage, and did not implement IMD 52%. The bivariate analysis found that there was no significant relationship between the type of delivery (p = 0.103; OR = 1.59) and breastfeeding expenditure. There is a significant relationship between breastfeeding positions (p = 0.0001; OR = 34); active mobilization (p = 0.0001; OR = 3); hospitalization (p = 0.0001; OR = 20); oxytocin massage (p = 0.0001; OR = 6; IMD (p = 0,0001; OR = 5); age (p = 0,108; OR = 1,67); dan Parturition (p = 0,517; OR = 1,39) with breastfeeding. It is hoped that health workers, especially midwives / nurses in the midwifery room, are expected to provide accurate information for mothers who want to give birth. For post partum mothers to actively participate in parenting forums, so that they are more enthusiastic in preparing for a Happy family.
