Dr. Imelda F.E. Manurung, SKM., M.Kes, is a lecturer at Public Health Faculty Nusa Cendana University and Volunteer at AIDS commission of East Nusa Tenggara Province. She received her doctorate in Public Health Science from Airlangga University, with a dissertation on Empowerment God’s servant to support individual at risk HIV and AIDS to get VCT. This is relevant to her duties as lecturer of epidemiology and as volunteer in AIDS commission. She pursues research and publications in the field of public health, especially HIV and AIDS epidemiology
