Beban Kerja dan Dukungan Sosial dalam Hubungannya dengan Work-Life Balance Karyawan Occupational Health and Safety PT. Bumi Suksesindo Copper and Gold Banyuwangi
Abstract
Some aspects that can affect the effectiveness and efficiency of employees' work are workload, social support, and work-life balance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between workload and social support with work-life balance in Occupational Health and Safety employees at PT. Bumi Suksesindo Copper and Gold Banyuwangi. This research was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The subjects of this study were 28 Occupational Health and Safety manpower PT. Bumi Suksesindo Copper and Gold Banyuwangi was selected using a simple random sampling technique. Workload, social support, and work-life balance were measured by filling out a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis and Spearman's correlation test. The results showed that the majority of manpower had moderate workload (64.3%), the most social support was in the moderate category (39.3%) and the most work-life balance was in the moderate category (53.6%). The r value of the correlation test for the workload factor was -0.633, the higher the workload, the lower the work-life balance; while the social support factor was 0.873, the higher the social support, the higher the work-life balance. It could be concluded that there was a relationship between workload and social support with work-life balance in Occupational Health and Safety employees at PT. Bumi Suksesindo Copper and Gold Banyuwangi.

ABSTRAK
Beberapa aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas dan efisiensi dari pekerjaan karyawan ialah beban kerja, dukungan sosial, dan work-life balance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalіѕіѕ hubungan antara beban kerja dan dukungan sosial dengan work-life balance pada karyawan Occupational Health and Safety PT. Bumi Suksesindo Copper and Gold Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancang bangun cross-sectional. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 28 manpower Occupational Health and Safety PT. Bumi Suksesindo Copper and Gold Banyuwangi yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Beban kerja, dukungan sosial, dan work-life balance diukur melalui pengisian kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas manpower memiliki beban kerja dalam kategori sedang (64,3%), dukungan sosial terbanyak adalah dalam kategori sedang (39,3%) dan work-life balance terbanyak dalam kategori sedang (53,6%). Nilai r dari uji korelasi untuk faktor beban kerja adalah -0,633, semakin tinggi beban kerja maka akan semakin rendah work-life balance; sedangkan untuk faktor dukungan sosial adalah 0,873, semakin tinggi dukungan sosial maka akan semakin tinggi work-life balance. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dan dukungan sosial dengan work-life balance pada karyawan Occupational Health and Safety PT. Bumi Suksesindo Copper and Gold Banyuwangi.
