Analisis Hasil Medical Check Up Staf Operasional Perusahaan Inspeksi Kaitannya dengan Fit to Work

Abstract

Fit to work is intended to determine whether workers are healthy and ready before starting work. One indicator or determining factor in determining whether workers are fit to work is a medical check-up, conducted by a specialist doctor, so that the results and recommendations can be accounted for. The purpose of this study was to analyze the results of medical check-ups for operational staff at PT X, so that the notes and recommendations can be followed up. Thirty-two personnel underwent medical check-ups. The method used in this study was to review the medical check-up documents for operational staff at PT X, then analyze the findings and develop recommendations. The analysis showed that the medical check-up results varied, ranging from fit (9%), fit with notes (47%), sufficient (38%), and temporarily unfit (6%). In addition to personnel who are fit, recommendations are provided by the relevant doctor to improve their health. It can be concluded that there are still notes based on the medical check-up results for operational staff at PT X, requiring follow-up to improve their health and achieve fit-to-work status.

ABSTRAK

Fit to work dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui kondisi pekerja dalam keadaan sehat dan siap sebelum memulai pekerjaan. Salah satu indikator atau faktor penentu dalam memutuskan pekerja dalam keadaan fit to work adalah dengan melakukan medical check up, yang dilakukan oleh dokter spesialis, sehingga hasil dan rekomendasinya bisa dipertanggungjawabkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hasil medical check up staf operasional pada PT X, sehingga dapat ditindaklanjuti catatan dan rekomendasi yang tertera. Jumlah personil yang menjalani medical check up adalah 32 orang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menelaah dokumen hasil medical check up staf operasional pada PT X, lalu menganalisis temuan dan menyusun rekomendasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa hasil medical check up adalah beragam, mulai dari fit (9%), fit dengan catatan (47%), cukup (38%), dan temporary unfit (6%). Selain personil dengan kondisi fit, akan diberikan rekomendasi oleh dokter terkait, agar kondisi kesehatan semakin membaik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa masih terdapat catatan berdasarkan hasil medical check up staf operasional pada PT X, sehingga harus diberikan tindak lanjut untuk meningkatkan kesehatannya sehingga mencapai status fit to work.
