F: Peran Diskusi dalam Konsistensi Pemakaian Kondom pada Kelompok Lelaki Seks Lelaki (LSL) terhadap Kejadian HIV di Indonesia Tahun 2019
Abstract
Angka kejadian Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) pada kelompok lelaki seks lelaki (LSL) yang terus meningkat disebabkan oleh faktor interpersonal dan intrapersonal. Konsistensi pemakaian kondom dan peran diskusi pasangan menjadi hal krusial yang mempengaruhi kejadian HIV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran diskusi konsistensi pemakaian kondom dan hubungannya terhadap kejadian HIV pada kelompok LSL di Indonesia. Menggunakan data sekunder, yaitu Survei Terpadu Biologis dan Perilaku (STBP) tahun 2019, mencakup 13 provinsi yang mewakili Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan observasional analitik dan desain studi cross-sectional. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara peran diskusi konsistensi pemakaian kondom dengan kejadian HIV (p-value<0,05 ; aOR 0,71 ; 95% CI 0,58 – 0,86). Selain itu, variabel perancu yang meliputi umur, status perkawinan, persepsi berisiko, riwayat gejala IMS, akses kondom, dan pernah melakukan tes HIV juga berhubungan signifikan dengan kejadian HIV. Namun penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan seperti kemungkinan adanya bias respon dan ingatan dan banyaknya missing value pada dataset.
