Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja Karyawan Perusahaan di Masa Pasca COVID-19
Abstract
In the post-COVID-19 era, almost 90% of employees work face-to-face. This changes workers' habits from WFH (work from home) to WFO (work from office). WFH has an impact on reducing work productivity. Posture or body position when working is not ergonomic and they are less focused on work because they are at home. This can cause missed communication due to lack of coordination, especially for female employees. Meanwhile, employees with WFO have more work pressure because they meet directly with superiors, are not flexible at work and if there is an unhealthy work environment, this can cause stress. This research aimed to analyze the relationship between workload and work stress among workers at the BM company during the post-COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted with a cross-sectional design. The research sample was 73 workers at the BM Company. Data was collected through interviews and filling out questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed using the Chi-square test. The research results show that the p value = 0.000 and POR = 2.396. Furthermore, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between workload and work stress.

ABSTRAK
Pada masa pasca COVID-19 hampir 90% karyawan bekerja secara tatap muka. Hal ini mengubah kebiasaan pekerja dari WFH (work from home) menjadi WFO (work from office). WFH berdampak pada penurunan produktivitas kerja. Postur atau posisi tubuh pada saat bekerja tidak ergonomis dan kurang fokus pada pekerjaan karena mereka berada di rumah. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan missed komunikasi karena kurangnya kordinasi, terutama pada karyawan perempuan. Sedangkan karyawan dengan WFO memiliki tekanan kerja lebih banyak karena bertemu langsung dengan atasan, tidak fleksibel dalam bekerja dan jika terdapat lingkungan kerja yang kurang sehat, maka ini dapat menimbulkan stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja pada pekerja di perusahaan BM selama pasca pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 73 pekerja di Perusahaan BM. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan pengisisan kueisioner. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai p = 0,000 dan POR = 2,396. Selanjutnya disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja.
