Pengembangan Modul Ajar Mitigasi Bencana yang Berhasil Meningkatkan Kesiapsiagaan Anak Usia Dini di Taman Kanak-Kanak
Abstract
Disaster preparedness from an early age is a crucial part of developing a culture of disaster awareness, as emphasized in the Disaster-Safe Education Unit Program and the Early Childhood Education accreditation instrument. Very few preschools have implemented disaster mitigation learning, and most teachers experience difficulties in designing learning due to limited references and curriculum changes. The purpose of this study was to develop a disaster mitigation teaching module that aligns with the principles and structure of the independent curriculum to improve early childhood preparedness. This study used a research and development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The results showed that the teaching module was successfully developed at the analysis, design, and development stages. Then, during the implementation and evaluation stages, a pilot test was conducted and analyzed using a paired samples t-test, with a p-value of 0.000. This indicates a difference in preparedness before and after using the module. Therefore, it can be concluded that this module is effective in increasing knowledge about disaster mitigation in early childhood education settings.

ABSTRAK
Kesiapsiagaan terhadap bencana sejak usia dini merupakan bagian penting dalam pembentukan budaya sadar bencana, sebagaimana ditekankan dalam Program Satuan Pendidikan Aman Bencana dan instrumen akreditasi Penddidikan Anak Usia Dini. Sangat jarang tempat pendidikan kanak-kanak yang sudah menerapkan pembelajaran mitigasi bencana, dan sebagian besar guru mengalami kesulitan dalam merancang pembelajaran karena keterbatasan referensi dan perubahan kurikulum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan modul ajar mitigasi bencana yang sesuai dengan prinsip dan struktur kurikulum merdeka guna meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan research and development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul ajar berhasil dikembangkan pada tahap analysis, design dan developmet, kemudian pada tahap implementasi dan evaluasi dilakukan uji coba dan dilakukan analisis menggunakan paired samples t-test, dengan nilai p = 0,000. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan kesiapsiagaan antara sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan modul. Dengan demikia bisa disimpulkan bahwa modul ini efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang mitigasi bencana di lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini.
