Keberhasilan Implementasi Kebijakan Pelayanan Gizi di Rumah Sakit
Abstract
One of the primary services, including medical support, is nutrition services, which are efforts undertaken to provide added value, especially nutrition, to improve nutritional status. Nutrition service regulations cover various aspects, from monitoring patient nutrition to regulating the quality and safety of food served in healthcare facilities. The purpose of this study was to examine nutrition service regulations and their impact on the quality of nutrition services at Hospital X. This study used a qualitative approach in the form of a case study to understand related social phenomena. The research involved interviewing informants and documenting how nutrition staff provided nutrition services. The data sources were nine informants, consisting of key informants and key informants, namely medical personnel. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations of how nutrition staff provided services. The results of the narrative analysis indicate that, in general, the nutrition regulation policy at the hospital has been implemented quite well. However, several shortcomings remain, such as staff compliance or discipline, communication, and monitoring and evaluation. Furthermore, it was concluded that the nutrition regulation policy at the hospital has been implemented quite well, but requires improvement, particularly with regard to human resources.

ABSTRAK
Salah satu pelayanan utama dan termasuk penunjang medik yakni layanan gizi, yang merupakan upaya yang dilakukan dalam rangka memberikan nilai tambah terutama nutrisi agar status gizi meningkat. Regulasi pelayanan gizi mencakup berbagai aspek, mulai dari pemantauan gizi pasien hingga pengaturan kualitas dan keamanan makanan yang disajikan di fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji regulasi pelayanan gizi dan dampaknya terhadap mutu layanan gizi di Rumah Sakit X. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif berupa studi kasus, dalam rangka mengetahui fenomena sosial terkait. dengan informan serta mencatat bagaimana petugas gizi memberikan pelayanan gizi. Sumber data adalah 9 informan yang terdiri atas informan inti dan informan utama yakni para tenaga medis. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, serta observasi tentang bagaimana petugas gizi memberikan pelayanan. Hasil analisis secara naratif menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, kebijakan regulasi gizi di rumah sakit telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik, namun demikian masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan, seperti kepatuhan atau kedisiplinan petugas, komunikasi, serta pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi. Selanjutnya disimpulkan bahwa kebijakan regulasi gizi di Rumah Sakit telah terlaksana dengan cukup baik, dan memerlukan perbaikan khususnya yang berkaitan dengan aspek sumberdaya manusia.
